Our message to all young people is that "You are not just welcome. You belong." Young Life Capernaum, a ministry of Young Life, seeks to create spaces and communities of belonging for young people with special needs. Over the last year, we have been having conversations in the background about this ministry and the need for it in Toronto. We have decided that it is time to take concrete steps forward and see what may be possible. We are doing this in cooperation with some friends of Young Life with a heart for young people with special needs, and experience in serving them.

Young Life is all about relationships; ones that start with meeting teens with disabilities where they’re at, caring for them and sharing the Christian faith in simple and understandable terms… all with no strings attached.
We want to make sure that every teen involved in Young Life Capernaum knows they are invited, celebrated and needed.
